Investigating Childhood Environment, Self Concept & Emotional Regulation
16 March 2019
We want to explore how aspects of your childhood environment may relate to your:
- perception of yourself
- emotional regulation and expressivity
- relationship style
Issues with self-concept and emotional regulation are common across various mental health disorders and we are hoping to improve our understanding of effective therapeutic interventions.
You could also help us find some really interesting things about relationships, communication styles and help-seeking behaviours.
